Cassidy Lach

My name is Cassidy, I am 17, and an aspiring graphic designer. ​I want to illustrate kids books that help them learn about big lessons like greif, and growing up, and that it is okay to feel the way they do about what is going on. ​I want to be a therapist, in the future I want to help kids in a similar situation like my own where I don’t always know how to express or deal with my own emotions. Art therapy is a powerful thing, and is a good way to learn to express deep emotion. ​I don’t want to be someone who changes the entire world, I don’t need people to see my name in a book hundreds of years after I die and go "oh, they made a big impact on the world" I want to help people who need that big difference in their lives, I want to be that big difference in a few people go so when they grow up they can say "I am glad I am here"
