Annabel Spencer

My name is Annabel Spencer and I have recently completed my final year of Fashion Design, BA Hons, at Liverpool John Moores University.

I am a childrenswear designer, who has been inspired by aspects of clothing from the Victorian Era, whilst also having a passion for leisurewear garments. Childrenswear is about comfort and style and this is why I have focussed in on 'luxury leisurewear'. 

Throughout university I experimented with womenswear ranges, fabric manipulation, technical drawings and childrenswear. I come from a textiles background and I have also studied one year of Costume Design at Birmingham City University, prior to studies at LJMU.

 I have also been nominated for the 'Childrenswear Award' at GFF.
