Catherine Davis Designs

I’m a textile and surface pattern designer, living and working in Calderdale, West Yorkshire and I LOVE what I do. As a young girl growing up, I always had an interest in art and design, so it came as no surprise that I continued my education in this field and studied textile design at the University of Huddersfield. After graduating, I spent several years working for various manufacturers and suppliers, creating designs for an eclectic mix of products which made my job both incredibly interesting and challenging at the same time. I decided to begin my design business in 2013 and have never looked back. I work with a select number of clients creating ranges on a freelance basis as well as licencing them. My creative business has expanded over the years with textile and surface pattern designs at the heart of everything I do, whether I'm creating digital art or wedding stationery I will always incorporate one of my patterns somewhere in my work.
