I am an active, energetic, and creative person who always keens to work with people and in a team while also achieving personal goals. I have undertaken a number of internships with architectural practices, including JakStudio Architecture and Design, and most recently with SHH Architects and Interior Design, where I have been working on large-scale, one-off residential projects. With this practice, I have gained experience in:

- planning space;

- creative analysis of function and occupation;

- two-dimensional drawing and documentation;

- three-dimensional model making using CAD software;

- researching innovative products and materials

The role has given me exposure to construction methods, health and safety, and building regulations, providing me with a good foundation in the profession. It has also convinced me that I wish to develop a career in architecture, after completing the postgraduate Architecture ARB/RIBA Part2 MArch degree at the Kingston University London and undergraduate Architecture, BA Hons degree at the University of Greenwich, and prior to that a Foundation Diploma (pathway in interior and 3D design) at Kensington and Chelsea College.

I am acutely aware of the importance of good architectural design and how it can facilitate the building of good cities and communities. Amongst today's architects, I have great admiration for the likes of Norman Foster, Rem Koolhaas, Zaha Hadid, Ben van Berkel and their practices with which they have had such success. I particularly admire the strong emphasis they place on pushing at boundaries, experimenting with and utilizing different construction materials and engineering techniques in buildings such as the CCTV Building in Beijing, the London Aquatics Centre and the Edifici Torre Espiral in Barcelona, and the Mercedes Benz Museum in Stuttgart. I am attracted to their designs as they demonstrate unusual organic forms, with layered elevations and spaces created to fulfill multiple purposes.

I have a passion for drawing with pencil, am meticulous in the observation of detail, in addition to being dedicated, hardworking, and creative. I am always eager to work within a team of people in a collaborative environment, while at the same time aiming to achieve personal goals.
