Experiences fuel growth and reinvention.

Ever-changing professional and societal pressures call for flexible design that enhances wellbeing, while creativity collectivises humans all over the world. Creativity is a freedom to express and read art in all its forms, it provides a diversity that highlights differences and simultaneously unites cultures of individuals, beliefs, professions.

Lina Gerrmann is an interior design graduate from Kingston University. She was raised between London and Stuttgart, attending ACS Egham International School and university. This education allowed her to experience cultures through people that live them. The impressions gathered from travels to North America, Africa, Asia, and throughout Europe will forever influence and fuel her experiences of life and infiltrate professional projects. Her interests lie in urban architecture, psychology, and user experience. The merging of the form and function ideal alongside experience informs her work to create industrial yet sensitive spaces. We all have experiences that form who we are. These inform how we interpret design.

My work is inspired by simplistic materials and forms used in innovative ways to evoke wholesome user experiences. A focus on the adaptive reuse of existing structures and materials addresses current global issues through the employment of circular economy strategies.
