Paolo Gaddari

I have worked in the entertainment industry for events and concerts for 20 years, starting my career as apprentice until becoming production designer and director for events, concerts, exhibitions, and corporate events. In addition to my work experience, I consolidated my professional profile with professional courses and diplomas. I have an in-depth knowledge of all the phases of an event production, achieved during my work experience in scenography and light set-up fields for many national and international productions. From 2011, I have expanded my professional skills designing stages and sets; since then, I have curated all the events and festivals I have worked for at 360°. Since 2012, I have started to work as Production Manager for many event agencies. I had significant experiences as Head Promoter for events and concerts and, from 2013 to 2016, I created the format and designed the stages for "Atlantide"(IT) composed by a series of events and the final concert for the new year’s eve. Having worked for a long time as Production Manager, Designer and Promoter, I have developed an overview of the construction process and the technical staging on all its phases: from the budget to the production plan, from the load-in to the load-out. This allows me to design structures and settings with awareness of budget, timing and production methods, undertaking projects from a few thousand pounds to over £1,000,000, often requiring the use of specialised software. I can work in numerous teams, even under pressure, I have respect for every professional figure and a good attitude for problem solving. I have a good knowledge of computer software, especially 2D and 3D programs.
