Roger Penwill

I am the originator and a director of the annual Shrewsbury International Cartoon Festival. I have been a former international president of the Federation of Cartoonists Organisations and I am a founder member of the Professional Cartoonists Organisation. I have had one-man exhibitions in the UK, Belgium, the Czech Republic and Turkey. Book collections of my cartoons have been published in the UK, USA and China.
