VARVARA KOZLOVA

I am a First Class Kingston University Drama(BA) graduate of 2020, that is currently looking to develop and enhance their artistic skills in various art fields, from performing to writing. While at University I had the opportunity to study a wide range of disciplines and practitioners, from Commedia Dell'arte, the Six Viewpoints, Stanislavski, Miesner to Beckett, Kane and many others. I am of a Russian descent and Russian culture( literature, music, art) has a unique place in my practice as I often look to Russian artists when in need of an inspiration for new work. However, I have been traveling and living away from home from the age of 15 and have developed a great appreciation for other cultures and places, especially the ones I had a chance to live in and study such as France and England. I haven't yet had any professional experience outside of University, however within university's syllabus I had a chance to perform in public many times with both comedic ( cabaret, variety) and drama materials, I have also written a short post-dramatic play for the final year performance that my peers and I developed and produced ourselves. I enjoy taking part in any artistic project no matter shape or form, working with talented teams, creating new and exciting product.
