I am a recent graduate of Kingston School of Art where I received a First Class BA (hons) in Product & Furniture Design.
I use visual art and design to communicate new outlooks on topics I am passionate about. I have previously focused on areas such as the taboo of death and the lack of innovation in the funeral industry. My interest in this topic manifested in my final major project in the form of a board game.
I also stand strongly in my views about improving the system of sex education for young people which informs much of my illustration work.
Playful and thought-provoking design is essential in a world that takes itself too seriously. Although purely functional objects have their place, I believe an object’s value lies within the narrative behind its creation, therefore the power of critical design has always interested me.
