Cat Scanlan

Hi, I'm Cat, I am 17, and a music producer, poet and artist. I am new to music production, currently studying at Access Creative College Manchester where I am in my first year. I am still learning the skills associated with music technology, still polishing my skills! I have been playing the guitar since I was a child, currently playing up to a Grade 5. I also play drums, which are my personal favourite instrument. I am interested in producing many genres, working most on Drum and Bass/Jungle, Pop and Reggae.

I have been drawing traditionally since 2020, and experimenting with digital art for only a few months. I draw on a Samsung Galaxy S6. Though not my favourite creative output, I am open to drawing on commission, having drawn realism traditional sketches for clients before! 

Poetry is a new creative outlet for me, too. Having recently been self-studying the art of poetry, I've taken a deep love for the art, enjoying lyric writing, abstract poetry, and storytelling.
