Dominic Lupton

My work is predominantly influenced by rhythmic and retro features, whether through choice of colours or pattern work, I love juxtaposing the modern with the vintage. As a nostalgic soul, I enjoy looking to previous decades (60s-90s) for inspiration when beginning a new project. The variation in design movements that continue to be impactful on modern designs and influence my approach. I also seek inspiration from the vibrant cities in which I’ve lived, Dubai, Kula Lumpa and my favourite so far, Newcastle! ‘Hirestreet’, branding and multi-channel communication I created for the company; left the client offering me the opportunity of a summer internship, which I am looking forward to very much.
