Art has always been a form of comfort and expressionism for me. I like drawing with pencil, painting with acrylics onto canvas and drawing digitally on my iPad. I am going to study a degree in Graphic Design because it is so exciting for me, I am intrigued in creating logos, web designs, illustrations and banners for a company or business. Being able to adjust the colour – lines, brush strokes, typography, composition, shapes and so much more is a satisfying and enjoyable process. In 2020, during the first lockdown I found my interest in graphic design because we spent a lot of time staying indoors. Therefore, I was on social media more. I came across a few Instagram pages that illustrated celebrities and I thought their work was so amazing and I wanted to know how they were able to create artwork like that. I saw they had in their biography they use Adobe Draw or Illustrator for drawing. So, I started researching YouTube tutorials and began drawing celebrities on my phone. Since then, I want to proceed to get a career in graphic design in the future.
