Marco Pirroni is a guitarist, songwriter, music producer and lynchpin of the UK punk scene. His first crucial appearance on stage was with Siouxsie And The Banshees at their debut gig at the 100 Club in 1976. This now legendary gig also featured Sid Vicious on drums.
In 1977 he formed The Models, but the band only released one single, Freeze. He then re-teamed up with Terry Day (Terry Lee Miall) in Adam and The Ants and began his long term collaboration with Adam Ant - together they would go on to sell in excess of 18 million records.
He went on to work with Sinead O'Connor, The Slits and The Wolfmen (who not only released several singles but also wrote music for many TV advertisements). Marco's distinctive and solid Rock and Roll style has been a cornerstone of many iconic hits and he has influenced numerous others.
