I've always had a passion for Hats and Headpieces, the bigger and bolder the better as you will see from some of my designs. Until recently this love of Millinery and the possibility to pursue a career was just a far away dream. Recently I was given the opportunity to learn how to make this dream a reality and began to study at London College of Fashion. Victoria Charles Headpieces was launched.........
