Amy Slade

Amy Slade is a Production Hair and Makeup Artist based in London, available for worldwide work with a valid UK Passport and UK Driving License; with three years of experience and a passion for creative industries; some examples including film, music and theatre.

Amy specializes in period and modern makeup and hair styling including afro and textured hair; with experience working on short and feature films, including night shoots. Having an eye for detail and a good work ethic ensures that all of her creative work is at its highest standard.

Working towards her BA (Hons) in Design and Application of Hair and Makeup for Production, Amy has learned new skills and techniques from professionals based on what the industry needs. Previously, she earned her Level 3 Diploma in Theatrical Media Hair and Makeup.

Previous work in creative industries as a Hair and Makeup Artist includes multiple collaboration projects that consist of fashion-related shoots, feature films “Rise of the Footsoldier 5: Origins” and “Rise of the Footsoldier 6: Tate”, theatre production “Shrek: The Musical” and short films “Switch” and “Forever Yours”.
