My name is David Biddlecombe I am a music producer based in Northamptonshire. I have been producing music since 2020 and playing music since 2013. My first instrument was a guitar, I got lessons at school and really started to enjoy it. I kept getting lessons until the end of secondary school where I then decided that I wanted to go down the path of a music producer. I'd looked at producing while I was studying GCSE Music but I couldn't understand the software that the school used. When I started college I decided that I wanted to find my own DAW and really study how it worked, I chose Presonus Studio One, this DAW is very simple to use and understand but it also have lots of powerful features that allow me to create the best music that I can. My main goals now are to start selling my producer services and to eventually have and run my own production studio.

The main selling point I have as a producer is that I like experimenting with different sub-genres to learn new skills that can be applied into my own tracks. I did a deep dive into house sub-genres  which lead me to learn new skills linked to these sub-genres that I have then tried applying to my own music. I have found that experimenting with creating fusion genres really allows me to make a more emotional and expressive track because it opens up loads of different techniques that can now be used in my tracks.

My short term goal is to start producing and releasing my music on to major streaming platforms along with starting to collaborate with other artists. This along with good marketing will start to get my name out into the industry creating a name for myself, which will hopefully allow me to work with more and more artists giving my producer career more exposure.

My Medium Term goals are to find work in a studio as either a junior producer or a studio engineer. This will allow me to gain experience as to how a music studio works and what needs to be done to make it run effectively. This will also give me experience working with other artists in a studio setting to develop or create any ideas that they have into full tracks ready for release.

My long term goals are to have my own production company and to run a studio for bands to come and record their tracks and albums. I also plan to continue my own music producer career along with collaborating with other artists and producers
