Eve Coulthard

I'm a recent graduate of BA Hons Costume Interpretation with Design at The Northern School of Art, and recipient of the  STUDENT OF THE YEAR 2021 Award of my cohort!

My passion for the magic of working behind the scenes and in the exciting environment of being on set has been ignited through my many work experience and leadership roles; I acted as Costume Supervisor for the feature film "Lore" by Sea and Sky Pictures, as well as being Wardrobe Assistant on a short fashion film with Wreckreation in collabroation with the motorsport company Shelby American, in time for the cinema release of the feature film Ford Vs. Ferrari, 2019, starring Matt Damon, and additionally filled the role of Costume Maker backstage during a run of The Lion in Winter at Billingham Players Theatre, Middlesborough, showing I have capabilities in both the film, theatre and fashion industries.

I have found a love for embellishment during my studies, which I continue as a hobby and have secured several commissions through; this is an area of Costume Design which I would love to gain a paid position in, as well as having the aim of working hands-on on set. The attention to detail and patience needed for such intricate work will lend itself well in both of these roles, making me an excellent candidate for any position within the Costume Team. 

My background in customer service and my past leadership roles-I was both the Representative of my course during university, and had Subject Ambassador roles in more than one subject area during my time at Sixth Form-combined with my growing passion and determination, have equipped me with the necessary skills to fulfil the requirements for any necessary role.
