Heart of Worcestershire College

Heart of Worcestershire College is the largest further education college in Worcestershire County offering a wide range of vocational and technical courses in specialist subject areas alongside a vast array of apprenticeships and higher education courses. 

The Creative Arts provision in HOW College is run from the Worcester and Bromsgrove campuses with a variety of pathways and specialisms where students can explore their creativity.  In Worcester, there is a growing Performing Arts provision alongside Art & Design from Level 1 to Level 3 Extended Diploma.  In Bromsgrove, there is a full range of Art & Design courses along with a Foundation course to allow students to have a year of intense Art study before university alongside the Creative Media Production provision specialising in TV & Film production.

Across both campuses, the department look to build the creative skills of students in a practical way so that they can go onto a future of university, employment in the creative sector or apprenticeships. Courses are run in conjunction of the awarding body, University of Arts London and there are several opportunities over the academic year to work collaboratively with the local community.
