Jessica Swift

Based in West Yorkshire, Jessica Swift is a Bradford based 24 year old contemporary artist. She primarily works in contemporary sculpture and abstract painting. Interested in the methods of making, she aims to allow the viewer to think about the process behind her work, rather than just the finished piece as a whole. This stems from her prefered way of learning due to being dyslexic. Her work values colour and texture as this is how she feels people learn from her work best. She has taken part in multiple group shows across Yorkshire, and had 4 solo exhibitions since graduating from her Fine Art degree in 2021 from Leeds Arts University.
