Lee Morris

I am a 29 year old singer born and raised in London. Since I was 15 I have been living and studying in Cambridge. I am currently a full-time student at ARU, on the first year of my course, which is a BA Popular Music. 

Since I was a child I have always been a creative person who loves to sing, write music and lyrics. I have also always loved to act, however I exclusively only dance in my living room, because no one needs to see that. 

For the last 11 years I have been working with my close friend and now family as a part of a Singer/Production duo. We started our journey together as a part of a 4 piece band called Goldstar. We were luckily enough to have one of our songs played on the radio by BBC Introducing back in 2015 and have preformed in various venue's all over the country, such as Lodestar festival here in Cambridge, Strawberries Fair and also the globally known Secret Garden Party. 

More recently we have formed a new team of just myself and my producer Geoff Smith and together we are Mu$e & Th€ Trigg€r (Muse & The Trigger). We are currently working on our first EP under our new name. It has defiantly been a journey of sound discovery over the past 11 years with Geoff as we are real lovers of all music and finding our sound has defiantly been a challenge as we love all music and genres. However, we have found that now and are working together to bring that sound to anyone that would like to hear it.

Since being a student at ARU I have entered a few competitions with the highlight for me being a competition geared around peoples "Positive and Negative" experiences during the Pandemic. I choose to submit a piece very close to my heart and was lucky enough to be selected as the first prize winner. This was a huge achievement for me in just my first year!

I am a lover of all things creative, with that being said I am a makeup artist, songwriter, aspiring cellist, pianist and am currently working on my skills in video editing. A major part of the creative world is presentation and I am learning so many new skills just from building our music page.
