Lola Ringer

I am currently in my second year on a production art course at South Essex College having secured a production management role.

Last year I have had the opportunity to work with Lighting and Stage Management inside and outside of college. Inside college, I have worked as a Lighting Designer and Deputy Stage Manager. Outside of college, I have worked as Assistant Stage Manager, Stage Crew, Follow Spot and Lighting Designer.

During my years of theatre, I've gained valuable communication skills which is important when working in a team. I'm a logical thinker and my attention to detail is a key feature for this industry as well as being creative and thinking outside the box. I like to speak my mind and I am resilient if something looks wrong or doesn’t work.
