I am currently studing at Tresham College (Kettering campus) where I am taking a Level 3 Fashion & Texties course. I began the course in September, but have loved eccentric clothing, unique textiles and bright colour for as long as I can remeber. I have been properley making wearable garments since 2019 and ran my own small buisness making Hawaiian style shirts out of upcycled fabrics from 2020 to 2021.
I also have intrests and experience in many different creative arts such as raranga (the Māori art of flaxweaving), jewllery making, and mixed media painting.
I have lived in both New Zealand and England and a lot of my inspiration comes from the beauties of nature I’ve experienced in New Zealand as well as more urban life in England/London.
