SHUCHITA SHARMA

I am a fashion design graduate from Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD) and have a great zeal towards concept development, CAD illustrations and exploring & experimenting with different materials. I am passionate about creating artworks with interesting materials & textiles, and further developing them into unconventional silhouettes. I have worked rigorously on many aspects of the design process like hand techniques, problem solving in design, traditional crafts and sustainability. I have gained plenty of industry experiences through internships in both corporate and design sector as well as working as an even assistant and coordinator at India Fashion Week. The overall learning experience has trained me to take risks and challenge myself to work with an open and evolved mind on innovative ideas. It has also helped me to transform myself into a person who appreciates and find meaning even in little things that happen to be around us but don't get the luxury of being commonly noticed. Personal life experiences and even certain moments of life often tend to inspire me.
