Sir Terry Farrell, CBE FRIBA FRSA FCSD MRTPI

Sir Terry Farrell, is an architect-planner who has won numerous awards for his characteristic mixed-use schemes, transit-oriented development, contextual urban placemaking, and cultural buildings.

His KK100 tower in Shenzhen (Hong Kong) is the tallest building ever by a British architect.

I can't quite believe it's real. As an architect, you get asked to do design after design, competition after competition, and you're used to ambitious projects coming to nothing.
I was amazed, really, when we started to build a real skyscraper.

He received a CBE in 1996 and became a Knight Bachelor in 2001.
