I am an ideas person, an experienced event producer & creative media professional, that can not only devise ideas "with a difference", but can also sell them in, make them happen and launch them in the marketplace

My extensive skillset was honed working as Head of Sponsorship & Promotions, Multi Media Director and Enterprise & Events Director within Bauer Media/ Wave 105, & built within broadcast media for a total of 25 years.

I am now self employed under the business name of "....with a difference" freelancing for a number of clients & devising, producing/ promoting my own events, whilst still remaining open minded to attractive employment positions.

I set up my own business in January 2020 - 2 months prior to the pandemic. Great timing eh?!

Because of this, I initially "pivoted" as it became known, and renovated a derelict property, but since getting back in the saddlle of my career I have been contracted on a freelance basis to.....

1: ...produce Southampton's brand new "Re:Claim Street Festival" for Go! Southampton (the Southampton BID)

2: ...produce 4 x Christmas lights switch on events (1 virtual) for Go! Southampton

3: ...produce fully costed visions of a dozen ideas for a a programming strand of Southampton's UK City Of Culture 2025 Bid

4: ....produce the UK City Of Culture 2025 judges visit and lunch event.

5: ....undertake a full review of the business model and marketing plan for a 10,000 capacity concert launched in 2021.

7: Project manage and produce a year long Norwegian Cruise Line branded content campaign running on the Hits Radio and Greatest Hits Radio national networks by Bauer Media 

And in terms of my own events I've launched my own successful series of outdoor comedy & music shows called "The Woodland Sessions" as a joint venture with a tourist attraction. Talent has included Comedians such as Tom Allen, Russell Kane, Maisie Adam, Seann Walsh, Rich Hall, International singers Katie Melua and Russell Watson, and Drum n Base legends Sigma and Dimension. 

I also devised, initiated, secured business partners for and took to market the Isle of Wight's brand new food festival, The Great Wight Bite https://www.greatwightbite.co.uk/ but left the team prior to the event weekend.
