Maisie Rose Hinchliffe

Maisie Hinchliffe is a female-identifying, English actor, who has graduated from Leeds City College and is based in Yorkshire. She is a naturalistic actor and is skillful in screen and stage acting, and is a member of theatre workshops at the Carriage Works theatre, along with being part of projects at college including ‘Conversations’ by Chloe Marks, ‘The Flick’ by Annie Baker, and 'The Hanging Tree' as part of her final performance/project at college, and have been an extra in BBC’s ‘Bad Move’. 

She has experience in voice acting for adverts, including a toy advert for the movie ‘The Secret Life of Pets’. She has been training as an actor for ten years and is continuing to work on honing her skills to be a more diverse and skillful performer. Along with this, she has experience in filming for screen and is training to help with backstage lighting and sound for theatre. 

For skills, she has experience in performing in physical theatre, along with classical text like Shakespeare. She has been partially trained in stage combat, mainly in slapping, punching and hair gripping when being in a struggle during a scene. 

Her aspirations as a performer is to become a voice actor, for video games, animes/animations, audiobooks and/or radio/podcast shows, with her goals being more comfortable when working behind the scenes to have a better understanding of how it works along with improving her voice range and tones to change her voice to fit certain characters when delivering dialogue.
